APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY:

We completely understand that things happen & sometimes people forget appointments. Because we honor our your appointments, we ask that you do as well.

Same day cancellation results in a 50% charge to your account. No show for your appointment results in a 100% charge to your account.

If you are more than 10 minutes late for your booked appointment time, we reserve the right to qualify your appointment as a NO SHOW and cancellation fees will apply accordingly.

For all services party of 3 persons or more must be deposited at least $50.00!

We pride ourselves in the highest level of customer service and the use of only the best products for our clients. We specialize in natural nail care, teaching you how to take care of your natural nail bed and reverse the years of damage from acrylic and chemical treatments to your nails.

For the utmost sanitary environment, our pumice stones & scrubbers are only used once for each guest and then disposed. No reusing from one guest to the next. Your health and safety are our priority.

NOTES: We provide brands such as OPI, Gelish. We also have CND shellac LUXE is treatment system (ready remove in 60 seconds, no nail damage, healthy nail after removal). We recommend shellac/gel which lasts about 2 weeks. Regular polish lasts about 3 days.
